Sola at Pacific Highlands Ranch, a group of luxury rental homes at 13385 Highlands Place in the Carmel Valley area of North County, San Diego, has begun leasing. The project, developed by Wermers Properties and R&V Management Corporation, contains 252 homes with close proximity to retail and award‐winning schools.

He adds that what makes Sola unique is that it “perfectly combines the best of a residential community like Carmel Valley with key accessible retail options for a selective urban experience.”
Sola is located within walking distance of the brand‐new shopping center The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, which features tenants Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and Crunch Fitness. The project is also centrally located with good access to all major freeways (SR 56, I‐5, I‐15 and I‐805). Award-winning schools in the area include Canyon Crest Academy, Torrey Pines High school, and Cathedral Catholic High School.
Sola is also located close to the beaches of Del Mar and Torrey Pines and is surrounded by approximately 1,300 acres of preserved natural habitat with extensive hiking/biking trails. The project is also within steps from a new 13‐acre city park that will be available to residents later this year.
