Ware Malcomb Hires Director, Corporate Accounts

International design firm Ware Malcomb has hired Anita Makwana as director, corporate accounts, in the firm’s Irvine, California–based headquarters office. In her new role, Makwana assumes responsibility for managing the firm’s corporate-accounts program, which comprises nearly 20 percent of its business.

Makwana is a 22-year industry veteran who joined Ware Malcomb in 2005. Most recently, she worked in the Los Angeles office as director of interior architecture and design, where she led the business development and growth of the firm’s interior design practice in L.A. Makwana received a bachelor of science degree in architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a master of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
