The school’s undergraduate real estate program within its School of Business has been ranked number one out of 28 schools nationwide, according to 2018 College Factual’s undergraduate real estate program rankings, making the program “the best in the U.S.”
The ranking service states that its “Best Colleges Ranking” highlights colleges and universities that meet high standards and provide quality outcomes to students. Some of the factors that make up the ranking include student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rates, student loan default rates, and other quality metrics. Read the full ranking methodology here. The service rated the BMC’s program as the most-focused among the schools it ranked nationally.
