Jim Snyder and Patrick Lacey of Lee & Associates–Newport Beach have represented principals in the recent sales of two industrial properties in Orange County. The combined sale prices amounted to totaling $12,943,840.

The team represented both buyer Concord Properties and seller SoCal OCREH I LLC in the sale of a 31,122-square-foot industrial showroom building located at 18218-18228 Euclid Street in Fountain Valley for $7.15 million. The property is leased to two tenants.

Additionally, Snyder, Lacey, and Sean Ahern represented buyer Sukut Real Properties in the purchase of a 25,060-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 1840-1856 Carnegie Avenue in Santa Ana for $5,793,840. Jeff Bethel of Lee & Associates–Industry represented the seller, Port Street Partners. The property is 100 percent leased.
