Bridge Development has begun speculative construction on Rialto Fulfillment Center 3, a 505,906-square-foot, class-A industrial building at 12050 Agua Mansa Road in Rialto, California, according to a release from a representative of the firm. The release says completion on the building is scheduled for Q4 2019.
According to the statement, the building will feature a 36-foot clear height, 67 dock-high loading positions, two ground-level doors, 254 auto parking spaces, a 185-square-foot fully secured concrete truck court, and 151 outside-of-dock trailer-storage positions.
Peter McWilliams, Mike McCrary, Ruben Goodsell, and Sharon Wortmann of JLL’s Ontario, California, office will be leading the leasing effort for the property, the source reports.
Wortmann is quoted as saying, “Ever increasing U.S. e-commerce sales continue to bolster industrial market fundamentals in the Inland Empire, drawing e-retailers and transportation-related tenants.” He adds that Rialto Fulfillment Center 3 has a strong e-commerce-friendly location adjacent to the Fed Ex Ground hub facility in Rialto.”
