Priority List Opens for Lake Forest Development

Landsea Homes has opened its priority list for Copperleaf at IronRidge, a new townhome neighborhood in Lake Forest, California, according to a release from a representative of the residential developer. The statement says the homes will be priced from the mid-$500,000s.

Part of the IronRidge master-planned community, Copperleaf will include 107 homes at build-out and offers six distinct floorplans, according to the release. Sizes range from approximately 1,195 square feet to approximately 2,346 square feet with the number of bedrooms ranging from two to four and the number of bathrooms ranging from 2.5 to 3.5.

Each home is energy efficient, featuring dual-glazed windows, a tankless water heater with a scale shield, energy-saving wall and ceiling insulation, and environmentally efficient LED lighting, the source reports..

IronRidge, a gated master-planned community in Lake Forest, is located on Glenn Ranch Road near El Toro Road, the statement says. The community offers a variety of amenities and proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment at nearby Irvine Spectrum Center; beaches; recreational opportunities; and hilltop views of the Saddleback Mountains.

IronRidge also features The Ridge, a recreation center for all ages that contains entertaining space, a resort-style pool, and a spa. Also included are a drop-shot court and sports field, a Picnic Pavilion for outdoor dining, and barbecue facilities near the poolside cabanas. The pool features a splash pad; playgrounds and a lawn area are also available.
