Pardee Homes Inland Empire recently held a grand-opening ceremony for Altis, a 55-plus residential community in Beaumont, California, according to a release from a representative of the homebuilder. The release says the grand opening of Altis marks Pardee Home’s entry into the 55-plus market.
The grand opening on Nov. 10 was attended by 2,200 people who had the opportunity to tour the 12 new model homes and explore the VuePoint residents’ club through a variety of “curated experiences,” according to the statement. Pardee reports that sales have been brisk and the first three phases of homes have been released for each of the four home collections.
Mike Taylor, division president of Pardee Homes Inland Empire, is quoted in the release as saying his firm’s goal was to design a “transformative community that acts as the launching pad for [55-plus residents’] adventurous, social, and dynamic lifestyles.”
Upon completion, Altis will comprise 704 homes with pricing from the low $300,000s through the mid $400,000s, according to the statement. Click here for SoCal Real Estate’s story detailing the different home collections at Altis and Pardee’s LivingSmart® program.
The homes at Altis are a complement to The VuePoint, the 16,000-square-foot residents’ club, which includes nearly 3,000 square feet of additional exterior covered patios, according to the statement. Interior amenities include a great room with a DIY bar, beverage machine, and views of the mountains; a billiards lounge with liquor lockers; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a wellness studio equipped for massage therapy and integrative medicine; a movement studio with on-demand fitness classes; and flexible multi-purpose rooms with a wall of glass doors that fully open to patios and an outdoor kitchen.
The VuePoint at Altis also features a pool area, including a 2,100-square-foot lap pool with integrated therapy and accessible entry and a 4,300-square-foot resort-style pool with beach entry, solar-integrated shade structure, and water features, the release says. An elevated spa terrace that overlooks the pool area and a water feature tiled with iridescent glass are described as providing the illusion that the spa spills into the play pool below.
The statement also says homes at Altis are available for touring daily.
