New Rancho del Oro Community Kicks Off Sales

Carrie Rossenfeld Residential & Mixed Use

Sales are open at Altura at Pacific Ridge, Cornerstone Communities’ and Presidio Residential Capital’s new community offering 72 upscale two-story single-family detached homes within Pacific Ridge, a 30-acre, 314-unit gated community in Oceanside, California’s Rancho del Oro master-planned community. The property offers views of the surrounding coastal hills.

The three- and four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom homes range from 1,771 square feet to 2,021 square feet and have two-car garages as well as private fenced yards for outdoor living and entertaining. Some floor plans include offices, tech spaces, and lofts, and optional balconies off the master bedroom are available. Prices start at $623,990.

Community amenities at Altura at Pacific Ridge, which are spread across several recreational areas, include a community pool, a spa, barbecues, and covered seating areas. The community also offers several playgrounds with bench seating and a large turf area.

The property also affords residents easy access to three main freeways for commuting to anywhere in San Diego County and is within a mile of elementary schools.

“With their incredibly serene and picturesque views and soothing ocean breezes, these homes are incredible for families who want to settle in a highly desirable, prestigious hilltop location in North County,” says Michael Sabourin, president and COO of Cornerstone Communities. “At this price point, we can’t imagine these will stay on the market long.” He adds that this is the last chance for people who want to live within the Rancho del Oro community.

Pacific Ridge was built on the last remaining land within the larger Rancho del Oro master-planned community and comprises three unique home-types that appeal to a broad range of home buyers. In addition to Altura, Cornerstone has developed Lucero offering 125 townhomes, as well as Brisas offering 117 triplex homes — all within Pacific Ridge Rancho del Oro.
