Natalie Dahl has been promoted to managing director for investor services in the San Diego region at CBRE, the firm reports. In her new role, the firm says Dahl will “drive the firm’s overall strategy for its investor clients and oversee its investor-leasing, investment-sales, debt & structured finance, asset-services, and valuation & advisory services businesses” covering all property types for the firm’s three San Diego–area offices, in addition to helping lead its capital-markets business across SoCal.
Dahl had previously been based in the firm’s Downtown San Francisco office as a VP and member of its Northern California capital-markets team, according to CBRE. In this role, “she provided market strategy and operational leadership to a 16-person team, delivering investment-sales and debt & structured finance services to institutional and foreign investors, family offices, and corporate occupiers,” the firm reports. Dahl also has more than 10 years’ experience in sales-management and platform operations on the company’s San Diego–based capital-markets leadership team.
Also in her new position, Dahl will work with John Frager, executive managing director at CBRE, to help oversee more than 250 real estate professionals in the Carlsbad, Downtown San Diego, and San Diego UTC offices of the firm. She succeeds Paul Komadina, who recently became senior managing director and regional manager of the company’s Phoenix-based Arizona operations.
CBRE’s San Diego office has seen considerable action recently. As SoCal Real Estate reported earlier this month, Joe Yetter has returned and Matt LoPiccolo has joined the office as first VPs.
