The Heritage Group has represented the lessor in inking a five-year lease with Vista Hill Foundation at 3148 Midway Village in San Diego, bringing occupancy of the retail center up to 94.2 percent. The medical tenant will occupy 5,336 square feet on two floors for $509,620.

Associate Lev Mizan and senior directors Dan McCarthy and Kyle Clark of The Heritage Group represented Sunset Waste Holdings, LLC, a California-based limited-liability corporation, in the transaction, while Sarah Anane of NAI-San Diego represented the lessee. Clark says the transaction added significant value for the firm’s client.

Anchored by Taco Bell, Wings-n-Things, and Tandoori Hut, Midway Village offers tenants prominence on Midway Drive and benefits from high walkability and good transit.

The Vista Hill Foundation was founded in 1957 and has been expanding into a full continuum of acute and sub-acute private psychiatric services in San Diego and other markets as well as group homes, public sector services, partial-day treatment, and a specialty behavioral-health HMO. This location will serve as administrative offices and provide group therapy sessions.
