Monica Moore, a managing director in JLL’s Chicago office, has relocated to the firm’s Orange County, California, office, according to a release from a representative of JLL. The statement says Moore has been representing office landlords for 20 years and has “a strong track record of repositioning assets for both institutional and entrepreneurial owners.”
Moore joined JLL’s Chicago office in 2005 and, the release says, quickly grew to one of the area’s top office leasing brokers, overseeing the leasing and delivering results at some of Downtown Chicago’s premier office buildings.
Jeff Ingham, JLL’s senior managing director in the firm’s Orange County office, is quoted in the release as saying, “We are grateful to have one of JLL’s premier dealmakers join our office. Monica’s knowledge and expertise will be valued by Orange County landlords as well as JLL’s leasing, capital markets, and project- and development-services teams.”
According to Peter Belisle, JLL’s southwest market director, the expansion of the firm’s agency office-leasing team in SoCal remains a big focus for the company. He adds in the statement, “With the evolution of workspaces, Monica’s background is perfect to advise our investor clients and provide asset value and stability.”
Moore holds a Master’s degree from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor ‘s degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She is a member of ULI, CREW, and NAIOP.
