Irvine Company Preleases Additional 47,000 SF at The Quad

Irvine Company Office Properties has preleased a combined 47,000 square feet of space at The Quad @ Discovery Business Center in Irvine, California, to creative workspace provider Spaces and staffing solutions company, KORE1. The two tenants bring the in-development office property to 65 percent preleased.

Both tenants took space at 530 Technology Drive. Spaces has leased 41,000 square feet and will take building-top signage when it moves in the summer of 2018. KORE1, an Inc. 5000 Fastest-Growing Company, signed a 6,000-square-foot lease. In October 2017, Irvine Company pre-leased 185,000 square feet — half of the 370,000 square-foot new campus — to medical device manufacturer Vyaire Medical Inc.

According to Irvine Company, buildings at The Quad features sleek, modern architecture with coastal California lifestyle amenities, including floor-to-ceiling glass and aluminum curtain walls for superior natural light and energy efficiency; sliding entry doors connecting indoor-outdoor workspaces; and advanced infrastructure for technology.

The Quad also includes two Irvine Company signature amenities: KINETIC, which offers customers a “unique, integrated approach to workplace wellness” featuring a private state-of-the-art fitness center, group fitness, and a bike-share program; and The Commons, a large open-air space with a Wi-Fi-enabled outdoor living-room, designed for meetings, team-building events, or lunch breaks.
