Carrie Rossenfeld Residential & Mixed Use

Province West has closed escrow on behalf of Beazer Homes for Neighborhood 18 at Summerly, a master-planned community in Lake Elsinore, California.

Neighborhood 18 at Summerly was delivered in blue-topped condition and includes 57 single-family lots with a minimum size of 6,000 square feet. Homes are planned to range in size from approximately 2,300 square feet to 3,100 square feet, with first deliveries anticipated in Q1 2019.

Located immediately west of I-15, Summerly is among the Inland Empire’s strongest-selling master plans, according to Province West. The community currently offers a variety of floorplan alternatives ranging in size from approximately 1,400 square feet to 3,800 square feet within several complementary neighborhoods.

The community’s master developer, Pacific Ventures Management, recently completed the first two phases of park improvements at the new Summerly Community Park. In addition, Summer House, a residents-only recreation center in the community, opened in January. Sunset Park, a new neighborhood park located adjacent to the subject, is scheduled for completion in time for model grand openings.
