First Ground-Up Delivery in More Than 10 Years Fetches $17M

Western Plastics has purchased the MCA Business Center, a newly constructed 143,169-square-foot industrial building located at 41573 Dendy Parkway in Temecula, California, from MCA Realty Inc. for $16.85 million.

Lee & Associates Temecula Valley’s VP Scott Stewart CBRE’s Roger Carlson represented the landlord, and Cody Lerner of Avison Young represented the buyer. Stewart says, “This is MCA Realty’s first ground-up development in Southwest Riverside County, and the first ground-up project to be delivered in Temecula in over a decade.”

Western Plastics plans to occupy the property immediately; the building will serve as the company’s corporate headquarters.
