SoCal Real Estate has received exclusively the first photos released of the Terrace Club at Terramor, Foremost Companies’ new residential community at 11750 Temescal Hills Drive in Temescal Valley, California, on which we reported in May. The Terrace Club, which is celebrating its grand opening, contains amenities exclusively for 55-plus residents and offers a six-acre outdoor recreational area with a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse, according to a release from a representative of Foremost Companies.
Among the amenities the Terrace Club at Terramor offers are a resort-style pool with surrounding cabanas, an indoor saltwater pool, a complete fitness center, outdoor bar tennis courts, bocce ball and pickleball courts, and a pickleball lounge, the statement says. Also included is a fully decorated living room, crafts room, outdoor bar, outdoor drone pool, and other multipurpose rooms to promote gathering and socializing.
Upon completion, Terramor will include 1,443 single-family homes across 16 neighborhoods in three phases, according to the statement. Phase one includes six neighborhoods, four of which are specifically dedicated to 55-plus buyers. Builders include CalAtlantic Homes A Lennar Company, KB Home, and Del Webb, which are actively selling; and Van Daele Homes, whose neighborhood is under development, the release says.
In addition, Terramor has won three SoCal 2018 awards from the Greater Sales & Marketing Council and BIA of Southern California, the statement says. The awards include Master-Planned Community of the Year, Best Brochure for a Master Plan, and Best Online Marketing Campaign.
