SoCal Real Estate has learned exclusively that Baldwin & Sons has opened its sixth phase of luxury homes at The Oaks at Portola Hills in Lake Forest, California. According to a release from a representative of the developer, prices for the new homes begin in the low $1 million range.
The community is located in Trabuco Canyon, neighboring Lake Forest, and is situated along the rim of an open wilderness preserve, the release says. The property connects residents to numerous regional hiking, biking, and equestrian trails and features multiple outdoor recreational spaces and offerings.
Phase Six of the community includes 16 for-sale single-family homes, offering the option of seven floorplans that range in size from 3,569 square feet to 5,626 square feet, the release says. Residences include between two and six bedrooms, three-and-a-half to six-and-a-half bathrooms, and two- or three-car garages. The gated, family-oriented community offers views of the surrounding natural canyon.
Melissa Hazlett, VP of sales and marketing for Baldwin & Sons, is quoted in the statement as saying, “With high ceilings, abundantly and naturally lit spaces, and seamless indoor to outdoor connections, these residences truly complement the mild year-round climate enjoyed in Southern California.”
