Onsite Energy Corp. has signed a 62-month lease renewal for a 5,166-square-foot space at Palomar Crest Corporate Center in Carlsbad, California, with landlord Los Angeles–based Washington Capital Management. Onsite will maintain the space for its corporate headquarters and sales office at the center, which is located at 2701 W. Loker.
Jeff Saywitz, SVP and partner in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, represented the tenant in the lease, while the new owner was represented by Matty Sunderberg of Cushman & Wakefield.
Local news sources report that a global investment manager had sold Palomar Crest Center to the new owner in December 2017 for $17 million. The office asset is situated on 5.36 acres at a signalized intersection of Palomar Airport Road and Loker Avenue within Carlsbad’s Oak East Business Park. The project is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, retailers, and hospitality services and is also a short walk to Bressi Ranch Retail Center. Additional amenities are currently under construction, including the Uptown Bressi Ranch mixed-use center. The center offers tenants convenient access to freeways and close proximity to business centers and residential communities.
